Lexington Herald Leader: “A grand jury has indicted an 18-year-old accused of pointing a gun at a group of protesters at an anti-Trump gathering in Eastern Kentucky.
Marcus Slusher, of Harlan, was indicted by a Harlan County grand jury Nov. 19 on one count of second-degree terroristic threatening, according to Harlan Circuit Court records.
About nine people participating in a protest in Harlan on July 19 told police a man, later identified as Slusher, drove past them in a red pickup truck and pointed a shotgun at them, according to a police uniform citation filed in court by the Harlan Police Department.”
