Holder\u2019s group is fighting to see that the new seat is not added to the Republican\u2019s 8-5 advantage in the delegation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout September, North Carolinians are being given a chance to communicate their priorities for the new congressional maps during public hearings in each of the 13 current congressional districts.
