He said unions &#8220;lift up workers, both union and non-union, and especially Black and Brown workers.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More than 5,800 Amazon workers at a warehouse in&nbsp;Bessemer started voting Feb. 8&nbsp;whether to join the Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union. A final ballot count is expected in a month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;There should be no intimidation, no coercion, no threats, no anti-union propaganda,&#8221; Biden said in a video posted on Twitter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;No supervisors should confront employees about their union preferences. You know, every worker should have a free and fair choice to join a union. The law guarantees that choice, and it&#8217;s your right, not that of an employer. It&#8217;s your right.
