Brian Kemp \u2014 speaking on the sidelines of the Masters \u2014 issued a blunt warning to his party about the 2026 midterms:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Even JD Vance is saying, &#8216;Hey, I&#8217;m not focused on 2028.&#8217; We all need to focus on 2026 to hold the House, hold the Senate. We want to get our Senate seat back in Georgia.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s going to be very close to rewin our governor&#8217;s race in Georgia, to get back our U.S. Senate race. That is what we need to focus on.
